Lucy Talbot AIFA
Lucy has worked on excavations and post excavation in Norfolk since 1986 and is extremely experienced in processing, cataloguing and summarising finds data for grey literature. Practiced in the cleaning, packaging and care of a wide range of finds Lucy has a particular interest in brick and tile and worked leather artefacts and has contributed finds reports to a number of volumes of East Anglian Archaeology including Volume 87,
Excavations in Thetford, North of the River, 1989-90, for which she contributed reports on ‘Stone Objects’, ‘Glass’, ‘Iron Objects’ and ‘Bone and Antler Objects’. Lucy also coordinates finds for distribution to internal and external specialists and organises the archiving of site records and artefacts.
Lucy coordinates many of the outreach projects run by NAU Archaeology, including The Royal Norfolk Show, Science Week and site open days.
